Hi there,
I've just upgraded to 4.4.3 and noticed that when I login as a certain member and click on the profile link in the nav bar it goes to an error page but it doesn't do it with all members (one member has notified me). My own profile seems to be ok.
The error page shows:
0 - Cannot use object of type __PHP_Incomplete_Class as array
Can you advise please?
HI, Alan.
Thank you for contacting us.
Please, check what PHP version you have set on your server.
Hi Michal, thanks for the reply.
It's running PHP 7 at the moment.
Regards,
Alan

Hi, Alan.
URL to profile is wrong... rebuilding it in J! menu doesn't work.
I need to have access to your data base.
Please, edit your first post again and provide MyPHPAdmin access.
Hi Michal,
I'm a bit nervous about giving anybody access to my databases, is there anything else we can do?
Regards,
Alan
HI, Alan.
Don't worry, we're like a doctors or priests :D. What you share with us it stays with us :)
You may always change credentials after we fix the issue.
I'm afraid that there is nothing else you can do if you want us to investigate and fix that issue.
Hi Dr Michal :-)
I've added a temporary user so you should be able to login using PhpMyadmin now.
Another little thing I noticed is that the licence doesn't appear to be recognised for upgrading directly from the admin area if you can advise on that as well please.
Regards,
Alan
HI, Alan.
I can't reach your PHPmyAdmin page:
prntscr.com/go8fj2
Please, check if IP is correct way to reach your database.
AS for license, is cURL installed and enabled on your site?
Hi Michal,
Are you using PhpMyadmin to access it or through a browser?
(Curl is enabled also)
Regards,
Alan
