Error message show up when JS Column Theme is used as my Default template

Ive downloaded the JS Column Theme from " www.jomsocial.com/components/com_digisto...d/5510730/column.zip

Now when I attempt to JS Column Theme as my default template a error message show up.

To duplicate error you would need to select the JS Column Theme, ive attached the location along with the error message that show up on front end after reloading page. What needed to fix?

Please, paste error here or even better - do a printscreen.

- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

This message show up when you click visit community before you login or when you login or when you click the logout icon.

My goal is to use the JS Column Theme but error message is preventing website from showing up.

Im using another theme until error is fixed.

It seems that there are issues with templates. When I tried to reach page you mentioned I get:

Error displaying the error page: Could not find template "column".: Could not find template "column".

Please, check if template is properly installed. Or even reinstall it.

When I disable that template I get:

Fatal error: Class 'JATemplateHelper' not found in /home/admin/web/thebullyplanet.com/public_html/templates/ja_teline_v/acm/news-featured/tmpl/style-1.php on line 15

I'll pass it to JoomlArt developers.

Hello ive uninstalled JS Column Theme then I reinstalled like you suggested.

This is the location where i downloaded theme: www.jomsocial.com/my-downloads

1st image: Ivd downloaded column zip theme
2nd image: It was successfully downloaded
3rd image: Error message show up when set to default

Whats need to use theme?
Could you download theme on my behalf so I could start using it?

Will the JA developers help with the template since its jomsocial.

I would try copying the theme folder to the "template" folder of JomSocial then select it as default theme.

But im not sure where its located.

Do you know the location?
