I see this error when I try to install Jomsocial 4.0.3. After installation it shows below errors and blank page. Hence no access to the component.

Please, try to reinstall JomSocial as it seems not all files are present.
Especially check if ROOT/components/com_community/models/community.php exist.
If not, you may copy it from JomSocial installation package.
