I am still on JomSocial version 4.3 and would like to purchase the new one. Is the new version that comes with the new chat (Instant Message Module) released now and if I purchase it now, is that the one I will get? Also, I am using Socialize as my site template and I think it's version 2.0. Is there a new version of this as well. I did see a bundle package for both that I can purchase as long as it will be an upgrade to what I currently have. If you need to look at my back-end to verify my versions, please feel free.

I see that your subscription is valid so there is no need to purchase new one in order to get JomSocial 4.4.
After it will be officially released it will appear in your account download section :)
There are no upgrades in Socialize related with JS 4.4 so older version should work with it.
- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
