JomSocial Active Publisher Active AdAgency Expired Socialize Expired

Good Day Pro's,
I am developing a new website for an engineering company. In order to sell them this concept, which I know will work, I am creating a mock-up site on another URL I own at www.martinda.com . Now, I need your help and I hope you will help me with this as I plan to sell them one of your Advanced Developers packages to create the real site. However, on my mock-up website, www.martinda.com , the JomSocial Toolbar is not functioning. The drop-down menu's don't appear and when I go through the registration process to test it to ensure it's working, the "Next" trigger button does nothing when I select it. Please help me out with this and I can assure you, I will get the owner of this engineering company to purchase your software no later than Friday of this week. Not only do I plan to get him to purchase the JomSocial package, I plan on having him get every thing you all sell.

Thanks,

David

Hi, David.

Thank you for contacting us.
You have enabled js optimization pligin or template feature that combines and compress js scripts.
Disable it and issue should be fixed.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Michal,
I did turn the JS Optimization switch to off and now the Profiles, Members and "Associates", which is the Friends menu item, on the JomSocial toolbar are now all working. So you know, I plan to show this demo site to my client on Monday, so I will purchase a license for them in the next two days, counting today mind you.

Thanks,

David
