Hai i have some problem with mail setting on dasboard of joomla i had configure what they need like SMTP Host , SMTP Port and etc.
but no one can be sent.
i have try with gmail smtp, outlook smtp. any anyone can help me?
Error given: SMTP Error: Could not authenticate.
And sometime is no message.

You need to make sure the SMTP account is correct or not... but well, another solution you can use mail setting by using "php mail", I am sure it will work fine.

where i can find a "php mail" is there from a hosting or joomla file's?

You can find it on Joomla configuration->Tab "Server"

i got some error like this : An error has occurred while fetching the JSON data: HTTP 403 status code. Forbidden

if with phpmail doesnt work, so it can be caused by you php mail setting on your server, please contact your sys-admin..

OR maybe the email goes to spam folder :)

can you please give the detail or explain to me of the problem where is it. coz i don't know what i will say to my sys-admin with this error .

Just say to them I found "Could not instantiate mail function." when send email via Joomla CMS.. maybe the phpmail is disabled there..
