Hello JomSocial, I so far like what I have seen and I am seriously considering using this on a few of my new projects. But I do have a couple questions.
• Is the renewal fee every 6 months at whatever baseline price one would choose ie. JomSocial Pro @ $149 every 6 months? Or is there a discounted rated for continuous renewals for members?
• Publisher Pro: perhaps I have missed it, but I don’t see a demo for this product. Why would this be any better than to use a paid Newspaper/Magazine from a place like ThemeForest and the like. Again, is renewal the same price as buying new.
• League Bundle: What is JA Developer? I’ve only seen it mentioned on the bundle page, but no link to go into detail of its use and benefits.
• Is there a requirement to have a JomSocial link/branding on my site? Is there an option to have it removed in all its form from my site?
4. JomSocial doesn't have hidden backlink or branding
- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
