It seems that your bucket name is wrong - it should be only bucket name without -use-west-2 etc.
Also URL is wrong as it should be <bucket>.s3.amazonaws.com (<bucket> will be replaced by system using your bucket name).
If it still won't work use full bucket URL along with bucket name and region.
Thanks Michal - I just went ahead and created a new bucket - octane-community-resources . I also changed the URL again to <bucket>.s3.amazonaws.com . When I save it, it went back to .s3.amazonaws.com I don't understand why it is not working. for the full URL, is this correct - octane-community-resources.s3.amazonaws.com . Do i need to add https:// in front of it. Let me know. Thanks.

One more Michael. I found an article on AWS to help me add a cron job to my elastic beanstalk configuration but I need help creating a cron job script to execute the job every 5 mins. do you have anything that you can share with me. Any suggestions. Thanks.
