The CSV file is not formatted properly

I exported all the users using joomsocial export CSV option and was able to generate a CSV file successfully. i then edited this file removed all entries and just left one row of information. I changed the rowid and some of the information without really changing the columns. I cannot import this CSV file i.e. i get the same error message :

The CSV file is not formatted properly

I performed the export first to make sure that i have the correctly formatted file and then edit this file with new information to import into the system. I am having a very hard time for the system to import the new users using the batch upload.

How can we get this to work.

- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
