It seems that you have serious issues with your Joomla! or database.
When I've tried to cerate user I get:
Save failed with the following error: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ' 2)' at line 3 SQL=INSERT INTO `#__user_usergroup_map` (`user_id`,`group_id`) VALUES (, 2)
And user was created twice but incomplete.
It looks like your system do each command twice. Could you create copy of your site and uninstall all extensions but leave JomSocial? Did you customized your system in any way?
- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

Done! phpmyadmin
I need time for your last request! I will try to restore a previus backup before the last one!
But this is sad for me, I do not understand why I am having those kind of issues after restore the last backup completely: files and database (twice yesterday!!!), it should be working fine!!!
Please, let me know when I can investigate further.
