How can we fix this one after registration no Activation link receive on my email.

Thank you for contacting us.
Activation email is sent by Joomla! - not JomSocial.
I've checked your J! configuration and it seems that you're using phpmailer.
Please, try to change it to SMTP (Backend -> System -> Global configuration -> Server -> Email settings)
Also it may be that emails land in spam box... or just have terrible delay.
But as mentioned previously - this is not related with JomSocial but with Joomla! itself.


- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

I'm confused I already sending a test messages using PHP Mailer and SMTP both goes to my inbox, but no luck on Activation Link

Contact with your hosting provider for logs.
Maybe something is blocking outgoing emails?


- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
