Navigation Issues - Friends

Hello !

We are perfoming our tests and we found a navigation issue that we believe should be changed in order to provide the same final user experience.

When you click on Friends, a sub-menu with 3 options opens: View All | Request sent | Pending my approval.

But if you click on Request Friend, the option "All" desappears from the sub-menu. The same happens if you click Pending My approval.

Is there anyway the sub-menu keeps the 3 options (All | Request sent | Pending my approval) during the navigation process?

Please note I am not asking to create something only for us, as the Members, Groups, Photos, Videos, Events works the way we are describing.

They should review it ASAP.


- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Please, make safe copy of this file: ROOT/components/com_community/views/friends/view.html.php
Then replace original with patched file from package.
