I have created 1 zone, 1 campaign and 1 advertiser for our site, but it's not showing the ad when it's published. I have looked at this several times, but I can't seem to figure out why it's not working. <removed for security reason - forum is public!> If you don't mind, please take a look and tell me what I am doing wrong. I have been using AdAgency for some time now and I love it and it's never given me any problems at all until now, so I am sure it's something that I am doing wrong.

Issues ware actually few :)
1. Never provide your site credentials in forum text field. Forum is public so everyone can see them. There is a switch below content field. Clicking on it will allow you to provide credentials safely.
2. You didn't check zone in package - you have to assign which zones are available in package.
3. When zone is available for certain package, it need to be selected in campaign.
4. Joomla! caching needs to be off, as it cached your site and ad is not displayed.
5. You enabled plugins System - Language filter and System - Language code, what added to your site en while you have only one language for content - English. I disabled them so they are not needed in your site current state.
After doing all above - ad is visible now :)
- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
