Seriously 4.4 or 4.5? I just checked the roadmap and you just released version 3.0. When will 4.4/4.5 be available? I need a social network today and I want to use JomSocial but I can't because you don't have the pages feature and groups won't work for me. You may have just lost out on a $300 sale because of this 1 feature that you don't have that I really need. I may need to go elsewhere.
If you saw the Road Map you saw that there is a huge progress with version 4.4.
Developing such an complex extension is not easy... and require time so we could provide high quality extension.
At the moment you won't find any better Joomla! community building extension that offers pages.
So I guess it's better to start building your Community with current features and add new one as we release new versions.
I'm sure your users will be delighted seeing that your Community provides new features with time. Let them get familiar with current features ;)
- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
