I already asked some questions at the PeepSo support, because normally I work with Wordpress.

What we plan:
We plan a social community for private persons and companies.

private persons: free
companies: pay plans

Private persons should have the normal profile as we know from fb. Companies should just be able to create a company page. Is that possible with Jomsocial?

What other functions we want:
Except the social network the following functions should be possible:
Companies should have the possibility to access a job board.
At the stream of a private person I want to show the jobs, which the companies posted. Possible?

For bigger communities: Do you recommend Joomla or Wordpress?

For free and pay plan you can achive this by using 3rd party component which already supported with jomsocial like JSPT or PayPlan component.

We dont have page functionality, but you can use group feature, I think it will be usefull for you.

You need to install 3rd party component, if you wanna integrate with job posting.. search the component in Joomla Extenstions site.

For bigger communities, I suggest you use Joomla, but if you wanna use WP we also have the Jomsocial brother for WP, you can check peepso.com for it :)
