Sorry to hear that. We tried to make very easy the process of buying our products but we will consider any suggestion you have to do it to improve our system.
Something I can do to help you is to send you a money request through our Paypal account and add the products to your account as soon as the order is complete. In this case, I just need a list of products you want to buy.
