Your FAQ says "Yes, simply go to My Downloads and you'll see a drop down there with upgrade options.". In My Downloads there is no drop down for an upgrade and I find no other place for it either. Please let me know how to get the Professional at the price difference only.

I am sorry Dimas, but that is not an acceptable answer. I am working on developing my site now and need a solution now, not at some undefined time in the future. You did promise me this option before I bought Standard. Could you please mail me the upgrade, I assume it is a zip-file, and then we talk about payment later. Or find another way of doing it, but I need a solution now, not some time in one or two or three weeks.
