on the pricing page i find only the purchase option which includes 6 months of free upgrades.
what is the price for renewal after the 6 months?

If you purchased Professional package, the upgrading price is $99.00 / 6 months :)
For standard package the upgrading price is $79.00 / 6 months

Yes it can, if your subscription already expired you only wont get any support from us and than you wont get the free bug fix and free latest version.
