Is it possible to have jomsocial multiple profiles but have a registered user have a standard profile and a different joomla acl have a different profile if so how?

If you set multipleprofile, they will be available during registration and you can't hide them.
The only option would be to use regular Joomla! registration but then user will miss all JS related profile fields - but default profile will be created.
You may use
www.jomsocial.com/products/products/8-plugins/37-force-fields
to force users to fill profile fields after they register.
Note that default profile will have ALL profile fields listed in "Customize Profile" fields list.

- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
