Prior to buying I need to ask a few questions to which I have not yet found any answers:
1. Does it have all common languages for the frontend? My immediate demand is Enlgish, German and French.
2. Do you have a presentation on your web site showing details about the differences in the three price packages (more detail than in the price page)?
3. Is it possible to upgrade step by step from Standard, over Professional to Supercharged by only paying the price difference?
4. I need a Live Chat, either for a group of people in designated chat rooms or one-on-one. The one-on-one could be similar to what Facebook offers. Do you have that?
5. My site is designated to a large sports community. Is it possible to filter posts with sexual or discriminating content, perhaps based on customizable keywords, so that such posts are filtered before they even get posted?

1. Yes you can install another language, you can get the language package from here www.jomsocial.com/translations
2. No we dont have, the differences are not really big, actaully the diffrences already mentioned well on our pricing page
3. Yes this is possible
4. No we dont have it, but you can use 3rd party like jBolo
5. we have words filter plugin and spam system, you can use it.

The only difference I can find, escept the instructional video which, at $39,00 is truly very expencive (it should be available in YouTube as ad for your product in YouTube), is the JoomSocial linkback removal. Is that correct? It would be a very high price for something which should not be there in the first place anyway. I am still considering buying your product, but cannot find the added value for PROFESSIONAL compared to STANDARD.
