Can I get the translation in Portuguese / Brazil if I buy your Jomsocial?
If I get AdAgency do I get the translation from him too?
Is there any system backup in the event of a data crash? I mean if there is protection on my network in case something happens I can restore a backup at any time?

No as this is not a part of Community nor community related feature. You may always use 3rd party extensions like AkeebaBackup.
JomSocial is Joomla! extension so you may combine t with dozens of other extensions ;)
- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
