+ Is there a forum extension?
+ The member list in the demo shows only the names, I also want to show in the list, the age, town, male/female - Is this possible
+ Is the installation difficult, shall I contact a progrommer to do this?

1. No, there is forum-like feature called Discussion in groups. But if you want forum (like this one here) you'll need to install it separately. We recommend to use Kunena.
2. This could be achieved by customization. Members list may display any profile field - but you will need to add some line of codes to a layout file. This is already explained on our forum as many users asked for this.
3. No, it's quite simple :) It's a one click installation. But you need to be aware that some Joomla! administration skills and knowledge is require.. or you may learn on-the-fly. :)
