Thank you for contacting us and interesting in JomSocial.
Well asking us to say what is better... make me smile.
My answer wouldn't be objective - you know that? :)
You should rather ask on neutral ground or search the Web for the answers:
- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you
I really wasn't asking if you felt Jomsocial was better, so much as what you felt Jomsocial had over CB. For example, I know CB has "Auto Actions" and "CB Conditionals" these are two things that interest me about CB specifically. Does Jomsocial have something like this, and does it have things CB does not have? I also believe CB template is Bootstrap, is your template bootstrap or do you have more selectable themes (IE I would kill for a dark theme to save me time).
