Hi there,
I need help to renew my domain, usually my original domain has been: solterascristianas.com since 2010
For some reason, on one of my renew i changed the domain to facechristian.com because this domain is pointing to the main site solterascristianas.com, so now i'm planing to keep the support to my original domain solterascristianas.com so i can not update it in the js store page, so what can i do? renew any way as facechristian.com and the domain will be for solterascristianas.com? is ok, or can you update this for me?
i need to renew asap
Thank you for contacting us.
That's not a problem at all - I changed your supported domain to solterascristianas.com in all licenses.
Now you may renew ;)
- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you
