I was called to create a social media platform for a large company which have about 10.000 employees. what system requirements should I consider to install JomSocial to run smoothly with that amount of users?

I will have to develop a point system rewarding employees performance on different companie´s KPIs. I´ve seen you have an addon for AlfaUserPoints or maybe there a others. But I need to show the points for every user in adition o to other KPI information on JomSocial. Do you think is something possible to do?
2. There is already points (karma) system built in JomSocial. Alpha User Point plugin just extends it. Members are rewarded with points for numerous actions in the system. By default points are displayed graphically but there is a simple way (code customization) to display points as number (i'm sure you'll find that customization described on forum).
