PayPlans' 5th Anniversary JACKPOT

Hi JomSocial Team,
I am Esther Chioma Oguike, I took part in PayPlans' 5th Anniversary JACKPOT and was enlisted as one of the winner, I have tried to redeem my JomSocial prize severally but it keep returning 'Not a valid coupon code'.

I was instructed to contact JomSocial Team for support about the prize redemption.

Promo code should work but make sure that you add JomSocial PRO into cart as code will work for JomSocial Pro ONLY.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

I tried all previously and it kept returning invalid coupon code message until it started showing 'Promocode expired (date)' today before my inquiry.

I replied in your other ticket and fixed the issue with the code. Please try now and if it doesn't work then i can manually add the product. There should be no issues with the coupon code now
