we are considering buying your supercharged license and the apps. We want to build a custom social platform. The only question I have is regarding the ownership. Here is what I don't want: if we develop a great product and have a community etc etc, I don't want you guys to come to me and say "Hey George, did you know that we own your site?" So how can you prove me that this will not happen?

Once your buy our product, you will get the software 100%, free update and free support. Until, if your lincese alraedy expired you still can use our product, but the different is you won't get any support for us and any won't get any free upgrade then :)

And of course you can modify the jomsocial code since the code is open source.
