Hello! I have a project in which I use JomSocial 4.0.1 and Guru Pro V 3.3.0 and several extensions, as integrated with JomSocial, and not integrated. Due to changes in the project, I want to upgrade JomSocial і Guru Pro to the latest versions. In this regard, I have a few questions:
1. How much does cost an upgrade and how to make it?
2. Can I rely on technical support with upgrades to new versions of extensions in preserving all content and personal data of users? (Database) ?
3 Is the new software backwards compatible with the already installed version?
1. In order to upgrade your current iJoomla products you'll need to have active subscription.
In that case you'll need to renew it.
Browse here:
www.jomsocial.com/component/digistore/licenses
JomSocial renewal for 6 months = $99
Guru renewal for 12 months = $237
2. Yes, during upgrade nothing should be lost from database... but always make a safe copy before upgrade.
3. Yes, it is.
- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

Hi!
I have another question
1. is current version of joomsocial compatible with guru Guru Pro V 3.3.0
2. which version of joomla i need to make this extensions happy
1. Joomla 4.1.7 should be compatible with Guru 3.3.0... but for best performance you should use latest versions.
2. Guru 3.3.0 is a bit old so it may have some unexpected issues with Joomla! 3.5.1, so rather stay with 3.5.0.
