Hello,

I'm contemplating moving my NING site to Jomsocial. Is this possible? Can my member information be transferred over? If so, what is the process like?

Thank you.

Val

Hi,

Currently we don't offer migration services. However, please see this link:
techjoomla.com/miscellaneous-general-upd...gration-service.html

these guys do it. You can ask for a quote directly there.

I hope that helps

Okay thank you very much. Do you have a member limit? i.e. 100,000 members? Also, does Jomsocial offer a chat room? Can you change the layout of the home page of the website i.e. move latest photo, move latest video, etc. ?

Thank you.

Hi,

no members limit.
about chat room, we dont have. you can find it at 3rd party extensions.
yes, we change the layout by using template overrides. this is joomla standard. jomsocial running under joomla.
