We want to buy and install Joomsocial in Turkish language. We wee need to learn is that if the system contains Turkish language files. If not can we access CSS and templates files for front end language modifications.
Please, note that all other languages than English are contributed by community and not supported by us.
So we can't be responsible for completeness or quality of translation.
But as code is open you're free to modify language files or use Joomla! language overrides to improve translation quality for your site.
