A while back we bought a bundle from jomsocial.com that included Guru Pro. When I tried and get support for Guru I get taken to the iJoomla.com site. I don't have any access to the forums or support on that site because the purchase was made through here.
I need to know where to go for technical support with the Pro version. I'm currently experiencing two issues that I need to open tickets for and have not been able to.

I followed the link that you provided and was unable to post to the forum as I wasn't even given the option of starting a new post. Is there any way that someone could just email me? or perhaps send me a link to post on the board. I appreciate the help as we try to resolve this ASAP.
