I know this is not the right place to post, but the problem came out after my subscription period expired, so I cant' post on the forum.

Jomsocial Facebook connect was set up month ago and it worked. Now I realized that I get a blank popup after trying to connect with Facebook.

I found in the forum someone having my very same problem, but I can't see the answer because my subscription expired.

I would like Jomsocial works as it did before. Can I have please a solution for that problem?

I'm running Joomla 3.4.1 with Jomsocial 3.2.1.5

Your Jomsocial already outdated, you should update it to version 4.1.2 for fixing this, please renewal your account to get the support and newest package.

I'm wondering why it stopped working... is that an expiration feature? Is there any other feature that expires after you buy it?

It looks to me as if I bought a car that after a number of kilomenters stops working and you have to pay to have it back running.

Is my Jomsocial a hostage I have to pay a ransom for?

Facebook already changed their API, their code, everything... so we fix it on the latest version
