I just purchased and installed Jomsocial standard. I thought you guys would atleast give some kind of template. It looks horrible with the Joomla default. What do i do here? Your plans where not specific and do not mention no template at all. I thought the socialize template was just an enhanced template and you guys would atleast give us something.
JomSocial is a component.... an extension. You purchased just an extension that will fit ANY template you use. No extension come with own Joomla! template. You may check e.g K2 or Kunena or any extension. none of them come with additional template. BUt yu're fre to purchase Socialize or any other template. Or download a free template if you don't like Protostar or other Joomla! default template.
- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
