JomSocial have all necessary social media features like own profiles, PM's, walls, comments, friend request, invitations and likes.
Regarding payment - you may implement this feature by using 3rd party extensions like PayPlans. And if you need superior profile control you may use JSPT.

Unfortunately you can't limit number of PM's send to certain user... but you may set daily limit.
- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.

- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
