I would like to know if it would be possible customize Jomsocial to suit my requirement. I'm currently running a community with about 6,000 members and depending on their groups permission they can access certain areas of the website. So far i concern with the events module as you cannot control who can post events. What i would like is to allow Group X to create events that only Group W, Y & Z can view while groups P, Q & R cannot view them.
Would such customization be possible by your end at an additional fee? I can provide more detailed information about my requirement if you are willing to take this further.

As for now JomSocial doesn't support Joomla! ACL.
But this may be possible in two ways:
1. You may purchase JSPT extension which will allow you to set certain permissions for JS profiles (for further details, please contact with JSPT developers).
2. You may hire developer which will implement that feature for you.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
