Is the following possible in jomsocial ?

• is group can have own URL in the format domain.com/group/group-title
• is event can have own URL in the format domain.com/event/event-title
• is member can have own URL in the format domain.com/member/member-name
• can group & event admin can send invitations to their group members
• can group have its own blogs & files
• can members can invite to their contacts from their email accounts outlook, gmail, yahoo (just like facebook)
• can we mass upload group data (name, title, desc, image etc) from csv/excel file

1. & 2 yes it can, but the format will bit different, will be like this domain.com/group/view-group/group-title or domain.com/event/view-event/event-title
3. This is possible as well
4. Yes it can
5. group doesnt have blog, but we have discussion and bulletin of groups.. upload files only available inside discussion and bulletin
6. Yes it can, but by type the email manually, you can't invite automatically from your gmail contact list, except you install 3rd party component

short urls for groups, events, member profiles & media (images, videos) are important for my social site
i prefer to have
domain.com/group/group-title
domain.com/event/title
domain.com/member/member-name
domain.com/photo/photo-title
domain.com/video/video-title

etc etc ..

Can we make minor changes to get above format ..

And also invite contacts from email accounts ..
I used to run few ning networks and they have it ..
This is very important for any social site ..
This feature made facebook grow faster ..

Anyhow .. is socialize template is updated for 4.1 ?

This is can be done, but you should install 3rd party SEF component like SH404SEF or AceSEF, but that is beyond our support...

regarding invitation, you can use another component, Jomsocial doesnt have it right now..
