It seems that your subscription expired. That means you'll not have access to upgrades and support until you renew.
We don't host old versions.... you should done backup copy of latest version of JomSocial available to you on own.
No, you're not allowed to remove backlink in JomSocial if you have Standard version. Subscription expired but license that you agreed during purchase is still valid.
I recommend you to renew your subscription in order to download lates version and have access to support.
If you don't want backlink - you'll need to purchase PRO license.
- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
