I was playing arround with the demo using this feature, and I see that I can feature posts on the main stream, but I'm not an administrator. So how it works. Post I feature on main stream will be seen by everybody as featured, or only I see it?
And in my profile? Post I feature in stream will be on the top for all to see, or only I see them on top?
And in groups? All can feature post, or only the admin of the group? Can this be restricted to only admins.
Only administrator can feature a post - all users will see it on MAIN activity stream.
No, you can't feature post on your own stream.
Also owner of group (if he's not administrator) can't feature posts.
In short - only administrator can feature posts.
- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.

I had asked that because on the demo site, with demo login I was able to feature everything.
About not being able to feature post on my own stream, don't seams ok. Like in facebook, we should be able to feature our own post on the profile feed. Same for pages owners.
