I have an idea to buy your "Professional" plan for my Social media web. I have some questions as follows.. pls kindly reply.
01.Is there any other hidden charges?
02.Will you provide a standers theme for this plan?
03.Or can I change the full color of my website using your Theme Designer?
04.What do you mean by "Responsive Design"?
05.Can our member request their Facebook member to my website(Jomsocial website)?
06.Do you provide hosting space too? If so what are your charges?
07.Can I get dislike button on it?
08.Can our customer share the Joomla contents on my site?
09.Can our customer put ads on our website like facebook? I saw some extension on your site Eg.Ad Agency - Social Targeting.. Is it free of charge or Do I have to buy separately?
10.Can I install all of your Addons in my website?
1. No, there are no hidden charges. There is purchase charge and renewal charge. but renewal is voluntary. You don't have to renew if you don't want/need to. but note that active subscription is required in order to receive support.
2. JomSocial has default layout.. but if you mean by "theme" Joomla! template - Socialize, then no. but you may buy bundle JomSocial Pro + Socialize.
3. No. Theme Designer does change colors or settings in JomSocial, not entire Joomla! site. Any global changes (like background change) need to be done in Joomla! template.
5. You probably mean invitations. JS member may invite other users by sending them emial invitation. No, JS will not connect with member FB account and import friends or send them invitations. But you may ask developers of Invitex extension if this is possible with their app.
6. No, we don't offer hosting services.
7. No out-of-the-box, but you may customize JS to display it (you may need professional developer help).
8. I'm sorry but I don't understand. Your site will be build on Joomla! So what do you mean by sharing Joomla! content in Joomla! Or you mean Sharing their content (e.g articles) in JomSocial? There is a plugin (in package) that allows to display member Joomla! articles (My Articles plugin).
9. AdAgency is another of our products. Thanks to it you may turn your Joomla! into add server and allow your members to add adds.
10. yes, you may install all of our addons on your site :)
- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
