Some made kayak, some made Canoe, and we have to split community by region
We need a solution were anybody can post post an event and people can accept and have to be easy as facebook
Facebook doen't fit because event are hard to manage, so we need something with a calendar view or next 7 days view.
is it possible to download a trial ? or have access to live demo site ?

Yes, JS has event module, so you can manage events. But from I understand you may need something more powerful - event dedicated extension like RS Events Pro. You may combine JomSocial and RS Events Pro.
