Hi, actually this was mention for the discussion on the Blog but I decide to move it here to give you a last chance to change the mess in the coding …
Before you guys move to other platforms how is it with solving and or fixing the issues
you have already on Joomla? No offence but really on an new update the group
cover will be change, because no one have in his mind to put an overwrite on
the backend, so you have always after an update the ugly dancing cover and change it manuelly over ftp if you do not foregtt it! Or the colors that’s the best way to show where you have miss something out ... have you ever tried to get Jomsocial totally in dark! No its do not work on backend settings only on coding in the CSS because some
parts was forgotten or the background is black and the fonts to (e.g. Discussion on Gallerys) – funny did no-one
like to deal with this issues to fix it, do everyone use jomsocial in wihte. so I decide to do not more buy the
plants you offer except you bring some really good updates and fix the mess on
Joomla … and when I am already on this topic same problems with the template socialize
2.0 a shame you collecting mass of money but the colors you select for a dark
theme are sometimes white or black with black fonts – shame … and for 99 USD you get 2 diffrend club subcriptions with at leat 3 templates so get it on the mind people pay here more but we like to have quality not quantity!!!
Sorry to hear you are not happy with the support you have received. If you find a bug or fault in Jomsocial please post a new support ticket for each bug separately and we will fix it. We will always fix valid bugs in our products and have never said we won't. For us to fix them you would need to report it using the following format and one issue per post

In regards to your comment about moving to other platforms. Our wordpress product does not share any development or developers at all with Jomsocial. they are two completely separate teams and developers.
