I have some query related to renewal options. If we purchase your product as per your period for 6 months. We have required to renewal the license after 6 months. If i will not renewal this license what will be effected i mean my site will continue or not.. And what you will not provide after subscription period failed?

You may continue using JomSocial after your subscription expired. There are NO limitation regarding usage.
The only thing is that after subscription expiration you'll not have access to support forum and upgrades/patches.
But you may decide to renew any time you want - it's up to you... and there is renewal discount ;)
- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
