Hi, I'm interested about the jomsocial professional edition, I have a question: The license is forever?, if a I have a site, when do I have to buy the next license? If I want to buy only one time, when do I should buy again?

No, license is not forever but usage is :) You may use JomSocial on many sites as long you want it.
The only limitation are:
- license allows you to get access to support and upgrades/patches
- only one domain is supported (so any support request for other than supported domains will be rejected)
Also you may renew your license any time you want/need - don't have to do it after each license expiration.
- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
