Hi.

You opened a lot of similar topics. In some you asking for support i other you asking for refund.:

Then again for support. I understand that you don't speak English.
But we don't speak Korean.
In our Support Policy we clearly said that we support ONLY in English: www.jomsocial.com/support
Also you was aware that there is no Korean language pack - I mentioned about it in your Pre-Sale Question.

To push things forward please:
- ask someone who do speak English to help you post on forum with understandable requests
- open new thread where you explain properly everything

Please, note that we'll not teach you basics of Joomla! administration.


- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
