Unable to access and download version 4.0.9

I've just logged in to try and download the latest version for the WebMaster for interiordesigncommunity.com and it's not available.

I also logged in as the WebMaster and the download was also unavailable to that account despite being assured the license had been transferred.

So I tried to create a support message and got the following error:

We really need to solve these problems.

I see that other user holds license for domain interiordesigncommunity.com.
Please, log in as this user - then you'll be able to download JomSocial and post on Support Forum.

Is the account you're referring to "WhatNoWebsite" by any chance...?

I just logged in with that account (WebMaster speaking here by the way) and no license is visible.

Went here:

is that the right location...?

No, I'm sorry but user "WhatNoWebsite" doesn't hold any license in our system.
License for interiordesigncommunity.com is held by other account.
But unfortunately I can't tell you user name, login or any other details as I'm obligated to protect user data.

You need to login to that specific account and browse here: www.jomsocial.com/component/digistore/licenses
If files are not there - then you logged in to wrong account.

Maybe try to recall who bought license for interiordesigncommunity.com on your behalf.

This is starting to get painful now.

OK, let's start from the beginning. A license WAS purchased using this account. We then asked for that license to be transferred to the developer as he's the technical guy. Apparently it was but clearly it was not.

Can we resolve this issue please...?

Please understand - I can't give you access to other user account unless you prove that it is/was in any way related with you or your company. In our license system there is license for that domain but as for now you failed to provide any information proving your rights to it.

As you requested in other thread we moved the license to Michael Mason's account.
