This is the conundrum I have while I look at the installation of JomSocial on our existing site.
I'll explain why...
The site already has an extensive number of categories and sub categories for the blog and info areas. There are already 18,000+ Newsletter subscribers and a further 40-60,000 that we have no yet reached out to (and we're unliekly to reach out to them until we have JomSocial locked and loaded with full customisations and private subscription only groups.
So herein lies the rub... Given this and the possible use of say 1,000+ daily users would you recommend setting up an entirely new sub domain or site for JS and if so could we bridge the users between the sites or would you simply uiçinstall JS on the main website and move the blog to a separate area on the menu thus maintaining the user's credentials across the entire site.
really sorry, I can not providing support for this topic. this topic not match for pre-sales topic.
you need to have jomsocial active license, and need open the topic at "support" category.
