1.Can you advise if we can customize our own Login Screen?
2. Can we test this application on our testing domain and move it to the real domain after?
3. Will I receive support for any issues or any possible to help me to install the application on the server?
1. Yes, JomSocial is a Open Source so you're free to customize it to your needs. Frontpage may be customized with little php/html/css skills. JomSocial support Joomla! overrides what is great to introduce customizations without core files hacks.

3. Purchasing JomSocial subscription will give you access to 6 months of support and upgrades. So yes, we'll help you with any issues. But please note that we won't customize, configure or install component/plugin or module for you. we'll provide you with solutions or steps to solve your configuration issues.

1. As we would like the website to be a personalized page, will all the adverts from JomSocial be removed or can we remove it? We would like to have this platform on our site as our own?
2. Should I have trouble to design the front page, can someone assist me? I am not so familiar with coding, however I would need a simple background image with username and password to sign in.
3. We will have Group Accounts where users will upload documents like PDF and share them among the group, is that possible?
1. If you purchase JomSocial PRO then JomSocial will be shipped without branding (JomSocial links). It will be completely your platform :)
2. We could give you advices but will not customize code or site for you. As it's your platform - you're responsible for maintaining and customize it. If you're not familiar with coding, then I advise you to hire a professional developer that could made necessary changes for you:

3. Yes, that is possible. Files may be shared within group in group discussions.
I noticed that you mentioned about chat in PM. No, there is no chat app in package. There are only personal messages. If you want to have chat - you need to purchase it separately from 3rd party developer e.g JoomChat.
