There seems to be a bug regarding the creation of new Events in your last "stable" release in version 3, specifically version 3.2.1.6.

User cannot create new events.

How do your dev team fix over 40 bugs in version 3.2.1.5 and end up creating new bugs in the next (more stable?) release? So frustrated, not sure I even want to renew my membership to access the support forums at this point. Version 3.2.1.6 has 4 bug fixes relating the the Events and the ability to create a new event (on any future date) was functional in 3.2.1.5 but is now broken in 3.2.1.6, seriously...how does this happen?

Fix 4 -> Break 1 (and that 1 will be a surprise) is NOT a solid dev strategy

I'll be happy to renew my subscription to resolve the problem but I've been using JomSocial since 2009 and am way too familiar with new version updates and bugs. I've worked very hard configuring my community site with 3rd party components, plug-ins, etc and from what I've seen, v4 is not ready yet. I also have a few code customizations for layout of user profile

I have AlphaUserPoints with all of their rules, free plugins, paid plugins, plus additional custom plugins for user points and tracking user actions, Kunena (and jom integration with forum and AUP), JCE, sh404SEF (currently disabled), Joomla Quiz Deluxe (plugins showing quizzes on profile), Event Registration Pro, RSForms Pro, AcyMailing Enterprise.

If you and your team can guarantee nothing will "break" with all these interwoven plugins, then I'll gladly renew today and install v4.07 or whatever is latest. Heck, I'll renew for 1 year even as I intend to be a longtime jomsocial user / community creator. I'd gladly sacrifice my code customizations on users profile to have new updated profile layout... I hate the users profile page in this version (3.2), I even prefer version 1 or 2 over what we have now. So please.... let me know if you feel v4 is ready

I cant guarantee you it will break or not, but I suggest you hire the 3rd party developer so your developer can handle for any 3rd party issue or maybe your hacked code can be re-apply again. If you wanna continue with version 4, please you install and try it first on your staging site.

I have installed version 4.07 on a new staging site and the code bugs relating to v3.2.1.6 are not present, but new issues are present, so Im trying to decide which is the "lesser of 2 evils" so to speak.

Is there a way to uninstall or rollback a version of JomSocial? I'd be happy using v3.2.1.5 and then somehow applying the privacy fixes contained within 3.2.1.6
