Hi there!

I want to build a site and want to separate it by theme-topic, and in each theme I want a seperate jomsocial platform. However I want these under the same site, where users will select the preferable social platform according to the theme. Can I do it by buying your platform 1 time or do I have to buy it as many times as the number of the themes-topics?

Thank you!

Hi Antonis,

multiple theme? By default this is not possible by Jomsocial, except you install on different Joomla installation.. well if you want you can use group feature, so you will get mini social network on group.

If you wanna use Jomsocial on 1 domain you just buy it once, but if you wanna use on multiple domain (depend your theme-topic) you should but more than one jomsocial package or you buy supercharged edition, you can install into more than 1 domain with it.

thank you

Thank you for your response!

My case is under the same domain. Lets say you have a site for laptops www.laptops.com . When a user gets in he can choose between two social platform choices, 1. Microsoft and 2. Mac. Each platform will have fans for each laptop category. When choosing one you have profile friends and people talking about microsoft. When choosing the second you can create a new profile and have new friends who like mac.

In this case would I have to buy the platform once or twice?

Thank you!
