I need a quick answer:
We were using an old version of jomsocial and since some month our users can´t post any status updates. It is not sent or whatever. They never appear on the activitie stream.

Now I wanted to know if it could be caused by the comptibility of joomla 3.3 and the old JS Community. I deinstalled our old community version and installed the JS4 Beta (nothing to loose).

It changed nothing. Same problem. We are interested to renew today because of the dicsount to give it a try but if this bug is not fixed we don´t have to spend all the money. I can´t use the forum because the community is out of the subscription period. So I hope that you will read and answer us today on this way.
I´d value that l lot. I really like your work.

It could be came from 3rd party, we need to inspect this issue directly. If possible can you provide me backend and FTP access, please?

I guarantee you, your user post issue will be fixed after you do upgrade and some inspect from us.
